1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to donations in favor of the Glück für Togo association based in Zurich via the website www.happytogo.ch.

 

2. Purpose of use

Your donations in favor of the Glück für Togo association will be used in accordance with the provisions of the statutes for the development and further development of the model farm in Donomadé. The board finally decides on the use of donations.

 

3. Right of withdrawal

You can claim back your donation processed via the online portal (credit card, Postcard) by letter within 10 days.

 

4. Privacy

The data necessary for the donation processing are stored in compliance with the applicable regulations. Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Donors have the right to request information, correction and deletion of the stored data at any time. Use the contact form on the website or write to info@happytogo.ch.

 

5. Donation receipt

Donations to the Glück für Togo association allow tax deductions in most cantons. For all donations made in one year, we will issue a donation receipt to the tax office in January of the following year.

 

6. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich (Switzerland). Swiss law applies.
